Les concombres épicé un grand classique, bien assaisonné et croquant, les poivrons frits peut être un peu trop cuit mais le goût y été, les petits pop de crevettes top bien frit accompagné de sa sauce, par contre le rôti de bœuf petite déception niveau gustative, le fromage maïs fondant parfait. On a pris l’assortiment de porc, la marinade bonne et la qualité au rendez-vous. Et bien sûr le menu Wagyu, viande d’exception gras, facile à griller ( à consommer avec modération) juste top. Les cocktails sont à tester surtout le Tokyo !!! Le service été assez long mais la serveuse a pris son temps pour nous expliquer chaque étape du repas ce qui est très apprécié pour une bonne expérience culinaire. Elle était au petit soins et un peu bavarde ce qui fait son charme. Belle découverte. A tester le sushi Wagyu un vrai délice, trop bon.
