On a pris l’assortiment de porc, la marinade bonne et la qualité au rendez-vous. Et bien sûr le menu Wagyu, viande d’exception gras, facile à griller ( à consommer avec modération) juste top. Les cocktails sont à tester surtout le Tokyo !!! Le service été assez long mais la serveuse a pris son temps pour nous expliquer chaque étape du repas ce qui est très apprécié pour une bonne expérience culinaire. Elle était au petit soins et un peu bavarde ce qui fait son charme. Belle découverte. A tester le sushi Wagyu un vrai délice, trop bon.
